Three to four nights suits most travelers. That gives you a boat day to Kleftiko, a day for Sarakiniko and the villages, and time on the beaches.
By ferry or by air. Fast ferries from Piraeus take about three to four hours, and there are short flights from Athens. There are also summer ferries to Santorini.
